The electronic resistance of the heavy duty flywheel produces a smooth and fluid movement that’s low impact for a more enjoyable workout. People who suffer from impact related injuries and older fitness enthusiasts find elliptical training ideal. The low rear access pedal design makes mounting the machine easy. The rubberized footpads and magnetic brake resistance make workouts much more comfortable. However, if you’re used to the elliptical trainers at your local gym you may find the “stride length” a little shorter, but keep in mind that it’s elevating the heart rate and not stride length that’s important.
